The ClearDAO token is the governance token for the entire ClearDAO ecosystem. It gives the holders voting rights on governance proposals including but not limited to project development direction, use of treasury funds. The token will also give holders trade ClearDAOing priority during volatile markets. Staking rewards are also planned.
The ClearDAO token has a 1 billion supply, of which 50% is for the community, 25% investors, and 25% team.
Seed round and private sale investors's token have the same unlock schedule: 20% at TGE, 20% every 6 months going forward. Full unlock will take place in 2 years.
The team's token unlock schedule is quarterly, over a 4 year period.
